Hassle-Free Returns

We will gladly refund or exchange your defective item(s) within 30 days of purchase or delivery, accompanied by your invoice/receipt.  We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. the package arrives damaged by the shipping courier, has an expiration date of less than two weeks, or the incorrect item was shipped).  All items must be returned in.the original condition as received.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with our assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily.  We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement upon our approval.  However, we do not refund any special order items or shipping charges.  To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return.  Please follow the brief instructions and requirements as outlined below:

Customer Service must approve all returns by emailing us at info@greenessenceliving.com between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

To receive full credit minus shipping cost, you must contact Customer Service at info@greenessenceliving.com within 30 days of the invoice date.  No credit or returns are allowed after 30 days except on our Natural Water Ionizers and Electronic Water Ionizers.  Water Ionizers are allowed after 60 days.

No returns will be accepted for close-out items.

Water (Natural Spring or Alkaline), Fruit Juices/Drinks, Frozen, Refrigerated, Perfume and Cologne are not returnable or refundable due to the nature of these product.

Damaged Packages

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected.  Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us promptly so that we can gladly assist you.
