We can ship to all residential and commercials addresses in the Contiguous U.S through our various US warehouses. This provides us fast ship times and multiple locations from which we can supply products. Shipping charges are actual cost. They are based upon rates provided by FedEx/USPS and calculated based upon weight, location, and your requested shipment speed. There are no hidden fees and we will never make money on shipping.
Most orders ship within 1-2 days. These times are estimates from the day you place your order. Guaranteed Expedited Delivery options are available for an additional fee and include 1 and 2 business day options. Expedited shipping times calculated from date of shipment, not date of order.
We use the UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery. All items are shipped with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
In some cases, your order may ship in multiple shipments due to product and warehouse availability. We do not shipped orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

Food and other perishable items are only to be refunded if they arrive damaged by the shipping courier, have an expiration date of less than two weeks, or the incorrect item was shipped. If a product meets any of these criteria upon purchase, it can be returned for a full refund.
Non-perishable items may be returned to us within 30 days of the ship. Returns will only be accepted in original packaging and must be in good condition as shipped. Upon receipt and inspection of the return item, a refund will be issued for the purchase price minus shipping costs.
