We accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund less original shipping charge within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) except when Free Shipping was applied at the time of purchase. Items with Free Shipping will have the cost of outbound shipping & handling deducted from the total refund or a 15% restock fee, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to charge an additional restock fee for any items not meeting these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
We stand behind the products we sell. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Items with free shipping are offered for ease and convenience. If you change your mind about a purchase and the item is not defective and you have not used it, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to email or call us for a return authorization number (RA#). No return will be accepted without a RA#.
Returns will only be accepted if the package has not been opened and is in the original condition as shipped. If a return authorization is accepted, all merchandise must be in the supplied packaging and must be in in a resalable condition. If part of a multi-part set, all parts of the multi-part set must be returned. If a return is accepted, to receive a refund, you can simply send your product alone with your original sale receipt enclosed to show proof of purchase, and credit will be processed within one to two weeks.
No refunds or credit will be granted after 30 days except when ordering an Electronic Water Ionizer or Natural Water Ionizer. Our Electronic Water Ionizer or Natural Water Ionizer comes with 60-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information.
