RETURNS

We are so confident you will be satisfied with our products, we offer a 30-day Guarantee!  When it comes to "returns" we are committed to providing our customers with the best customer service.  If you change your mind about a purchase and the item is not defective and in the original condition as shipped, we simply request that you email us for a return authorization number (RA#) within 30 days from the date of purchase.  You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping cost.  

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) except when Free Shipping was applied at the time of purchase.  Items with Free Shipping will have the cost of outbound shipping deducted from the total refund or a 15% restock fee, whichever is greater.  We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. 

EXCEPTIONS

Water (Natural Spring or Alkaline), Fruit Juices/Drinks, Frozen, Refrigerated, Perfume and Cologne are not returnable or refundable due to the nature of these product. 

 

SHIPPING

We can ship to all residential and commercials addresses in the Contiguous U.S. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.  Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the continental USA, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.  Shipping charges are actual cost. There are no hidden fees and we will never make money on shipping. When buying in bulk, we encourage you to order less often and get as many things as you can at one time. 

When ordering, be sure to allow 24-72 hours for order processing after you have placed your order.  Standard Shipping delivery time is 1-6 business days within the continental 48 states, depending on your location.  Most orders ship within 1-2 days. These times are estimates from the day you place your order.  Guaranteed Expedited Delivery options are available for an additional fee and include 1 and 2 business day options.  Expedited shipping times calculated from date of shipment, not date of order.

We use the UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery.  All items are shipped with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation.  We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

In some cases, your order may ship in multiple shipments due to product and warehouse availability.  We do not shipped orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If ordering online, your charges will appear upon checkout.  For orders over $400, signature may be required upon delivery.  Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
