Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange for a different item. Some restrictions may apply as outlined below.

We accept returns of non-edible products* for exchange or refund, less original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days** of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition***. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Edible items, such as food or perishable items are not generally eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item expiration date is expired upon arrival, the incorrect item was shipped, the item has a recall or manufacturer defect, or the manufacturer will settle these issues direct.

* Gift certificates purchases are final sales and non-refundable.

**Except the sale of our Electrical Water Ionizers or Ultrastream Water Ionizers. We guarantee you will be satisfied or you can return either model type for a refund within 60 days. 

***New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage.

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer services at info@greenessenceliving.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Shipping Policy

All shipping rates are calculated in real-time on our site on the first page of the checkout process. If you have added items to your shopping cart you will also be able to see estimated shipping rates before proceeding to checkout, simply by entering your state of residence and zip code only.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders are process 7 days a week. We will ship all your orders using either FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  All items are shipped with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 1-6 business days for continental US destinations. Any orders received over the weekend will not process for shipment until Monday morning.

For faster processing and delivery, you can select expedited 1, 2, or 3-day shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited orders may not process until the next business day. We strive to process all expedited orders placed before 3 PM EST the same day provided adequate stock is available and the order successfully passes all necessary verification processes. Shipping carriers may deliver your package on a Saturday and do not deliver on Sunday or national holidays.

Please Note: In some cases, your order may ship in multiple shipments due to product and warehouse availability. Occasionally, although not too often, this may cause a delay in the receipt of your order.  If there is a delay for any reasons, we will do our best to inform you immediately of the situation. We promise to help move things along, however we cannot always guarantee we'll be able to resolve the delay.

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico are subject to additional charges.  If ordering online, your charges will appear upon checkout.

For all international orders please contact us for a shipping quote.  International orders are also subject to additional charges.  A 10% duty prepayment will be due before international orders can be shipped.  Any difference in duties will be credited back if applicable.

*Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
