6/case directions: boil or launder flannel to remove impurities. Fold at least once to make a pack of appropriate size and saturate with castor oil. Position over affected area & cover with plastic and apply heat. Allow to remain on for an hour or more. After pack is removed cleanse skin with a solution of baking soda and water. Store in a plastic bag in a cool place. 08/26/09
