12/case directions: ollopain arnica cream & ollois arnica pellets work in conjunction with each other. Contains one (1) 4 oz cream & one (1) 80 count pellet tube. Cream: apply to desired area of skin. Pellets: adults & children-dissolve five (5) pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a physician.
