SHIPPING
We can ship to all residential and commercial addresses in the 48 continental U.S (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico excluded) through our various warehouses that are strategically located to serve you best. This provides us fast ship times and multiple locations from which we can supply products.
We are shipping orders within one day again and, on most days, within the same day for most orders confirmed before noon Eastern Time. Our goal is to ship your order the same day or two business days after order placement.
Shipping rates are based upon rates provided by the parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) and are calculated based on your order's weight and the distance it's shipped. Your shipping costs will be calculated for your review during checkout.
Once shipment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information of your order. This will allow you to easily track of your orders via parcel carriers. Most orders typically arrive within 3 business days.
Please note: Retail orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at this time, but hope to do so in the near future.
RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 100% satisfaction guaranteed is what we hope to achieve. All 48 continental U.S orders are eligible for a return: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico excluded. Due to health & safety concerns, any and all food, grocery or edible items can't be returned. As such, we suggest you double check your orders prior to placing them for processing. Whereas, for any orders where errors were made on our part, we're committed to replacing/refunding them, but you must contact us within 24 hours of product delivery. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will do our very best to respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. No refunds/returns accepted due to buyer negligence, improper handling & storage once the item is delivered.
Please note that for any orders, cancellation is not possible after 24 hours from the time of order placement. This policy is due to the allocation of inventory, which cannot be reversed after the 24-hour window. For any order discrepancies or defects customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not entertain any customer issues after the 24 hour cutoff time. To initiate Returns/Refunds we would need Product & Package Pictures within the first 24 Hours of Delivery. To minimize fraud we do not entertain claims without proof. Green Essence Living will not be liable and/or responsible for any damages due to temperature, humidity & weather or any acts of Nature.
We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card minus any shipping cost used for your order. Returns will not be accepted after the 24 hour cutoff time as mentioned above. Unfortunately, we were forced to update our shipping and return policy due to multiple fraudulent attempts and encounters resulting in outlay of thousands of dollars on our part. At the same time we applaud all those who still believe in an honest day's work for an honest day's pay, sense of fairness, and equity for all business transactions. Therefore, we're sorry for any inconvenience as a result of this much needed action taken on our part.
Please contact our Customer Service team at info@greenessenceliving.com within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll either give you a full refund or in-store credit equal to the value of your product. Be sure to reference your order number, and briefly explain the faulty item issue.
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Nevertheless, damage sometimes occurs during delivery. If our customer support team receives clear proof that the delivered item (s) were due to a fault on our end - we will be able to issue a full refund on the product (s).
